Aspire Training Solutions securely stores your information within an encrypted client database which is located within a secure cloud based data storage service utilising advanced data loss prevention. Personal data relating to business undertaken will be retained to support business trading records. Once planned work has completed this will be reviewed to enable removal of any unnecessary information within the record. Contact details for previous customers will be included within our marketing database however, individuals retain the right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact information held for the purposes of ongoing marketing will be retained and utilised until a request for withdrawal of the information is received. We will then dispose of your information by removal from our digital storage database.
