Understanding & Maintaining Wellbeing

​Investing in evidence-based training to support individuals to enhance their wellbeing is shown to be a clear investment; reducing the costs of issues such as absenteeism, presenteeism and repeated recruitment, as well as increasing motivation and productivity.

This training provides the knowledge required for individuals to understand and recognise the factors which both support and deplete their wellbeing. It also provides the skills required to be able to effectively enhance personal wellbeing and develop a plan for maintaining wellbeing both in the workplace and day-to-day life. 

Managing Stress & Burnout in the Workplace

It is widely recognised that  the impact of employee stress and burnout is costly and time-consuming for all organisations and that employers now hold a legal responsibility to consider how they proactively support their teams.

This training provides the knowledge and understanding to recognise the factors which contribute to an individual's stress levels and how these, if not managed, can result in burnout. Additionally, we provide  proven strategies and tools to better manage stressors and workplace challenges.

Improving your Sleep with CBTi

Quality sleep is essential for effective functioning and can have significant impact on productivity in the workplace. Individuals who are having poor sleep have been shown to be more easily distracted, make more mistakes, have poorer communication skills and have lower mood. 42% of employees nationally report problems with the quality of sleep and this has been seen to be increasing since the start of COVID19.


This training provides evidence-based CBT approaches which are highly effective in improving the quality of sleep. Within the workshop we support attendees to better understand their own sleep patterns and develop a personalised plan to address their sleep challenges with the proven strategies provided.

Managing Anxiety & Worry in the Workplace

Anxiety and worry are normal responses to the challenges we face and are actually necessary for us to effectively recognise and respond to potential problems. The difficulty lies in the times when they become excessive and we find ourselves in a cycle of feeling overwhelmed and unable to effectively cope with the demands placed upon us.


This training provides the knowledge needed to understand how anxiety and worry become problematic and considers a range of CBT-based, proven skills to empower attendees to feel able to more effectively manage anxiety and worry.




Mental Health in the Workplace 1 -  Awareness & Understanding

This training supports your team to become mental health aware,  covering the concept of mental health and wellbeing and considering common mental health problems which they may encounter in the workplace. 


Attendees are provided with an understanding of the signs of mental health problems and associated challenges such as stress and suicide prevention,  as well as considering stigma and discrimination. 

Mental Health in the Workplace 2 -  Responding to & Managing Mental Health 

Following on from the awareness session, this training supports attendees to develop a more in depth understanding of the ways in which mental health issues may present in the workplace and providing skills and tools to enable them to support individuals either with active mental health difficulties or in support mental health in the workplace.

Providing Effective Supervision

Supervisors and other first line management have the most influence on staff performance and engagement. Effective supervision provides individuals with a supportive framework in which to learn, develop and succeed in their roles; leading to healthy and happy employees and increasing productivity for organisations. However, providing supervision can be challenging and requires additional skills which are often overlooked.

This training introduces the knowledge and skills required to provide effective supervision including the importance of the supervisory relationship, supporting learning and providing effective feedback. Additional, the session considered how to utilise and support reflection within the supervisory role and identifying and resolving common challenges.
